Conditioning female guppy breeders is very important to get them into the best shape you can and to have large healthy drops of fry. Also as important is regular schedule of water changes. Try to feed 3 or 4 small meals per day and not large meals. My feeding plan is listed in the next paragraph. You can substitute your own foods and experiment but keep in mind to use high quality high protein foods that supply different types of food. 1 feeding is always live baby brine shrimp. If you don't raise live baby brine shrimp another suitable replacement is live daphnia or live microworms or a similar type of worm. 2nd feeding is of my high protein food, which is over 54% protein & 15% fat. If there is a 3rd meal each day it is of the meat blend of flake foods I mix up. The blend I use is Beefheart, Blackworms, Bloodworms, Brine Shrimp, Egg Flake.
