There are two ways, one is from Liberty State Park in New Jersey and the other way is from Battery Park in New York. We took the Liberty State Park route because it was less crowded and also we stayed in our cousin's place in NJ. You will also get to see some remnants of the Twin Tower in the park as well as a monument where the names of those who passed away from 911 will be remembered.
