The Stone Store is New Zealand’s oldest surviving stone building located at Kerikeri Mission Station. The address is at 246 Kerikeri Road, Kerikiri, the Stone store is one of the popular destinations in Northland, New Zealand. The store is open from 10am to 4pm daily. Built in 1832, the Georgian-style Stone Store was originally a Missionary Society warehouse. It also served as a general store, a tradition that continues today as a gift shop. Let's have a look inside. Another oldest building that can be seen at the Kerikeri Mission Station is the Kemp House. Also known as Kerikeri Mission House, is the oldest documented house in New Zealand. It was built around 1821-1822. It takes almost 4 hours to drive from Auckland International Airport to Stone Store and Kemp House and just under 30 minutes if you are coming from Paihia.
