This is going to be multiple part series about my 1.8T Audi A4 B6 Quattro beater project. In this video we are preparing the car for Intercooler installation. Decent maintenance is first par for any power increase modifications planned and we are doing exactly that. In this video we replace: Timing belt Waterpump Crankshaft gear Thermostat and housing G12+ coolant and coolant reservoir Camshaft oil seal Oil filter and Oil Oil level sensor In the next part we are going to install front mount intercooler and if possible Oil separation tank.
