What are some easy ways to pull out a tooth without pain? Go to one of those dentists who practices sedation dentistry. Then they can pull out the tooth without you feeling any pain until after you wake up. I was hoping for self-care options. You could do what the British do while waiting forever for an NHS dentist. A large helping of whiskey and a pair of pliers. That sounds like an idea someone would come up with while drunk. It is at least a fair explanation for the Big Book of British smiles, AKA lots of people without any teeth. I suppose if you want to remove your teeth, you could resort to all those solutions you tried waiting for the tooth fairy. When you are little, the teeth come out because they are being pushed out by adult teeth coming up from below. Adults tend to lose teeth because of infection and cavities. If you think a tooth has an infection, see the dentist. It may be salvageable with a root canal. A root canal is always up there on the lists of things people hate, or want to avoid like the plague. If the tooth has to come out, the dentist can give you painkillers even if you aren't sedated. That's almost pain free. Are there any other options? I suppose not brushing your teeth for a month and letting your gums recede until the teeth fall out is painless. And free. It is just nasty. I don't want to go around looking like I have Mountain Dew mouth. That's another possible option. Drink a lot of Mountain Dew without brushing. That's actually an excuse used by people who use meth. It rots their teeth until they come out. That may make all your teeth come out, but it is not pain free.
