Naukuchiatal is a beautiful lakes that has nine corners as locals say. The lake got its name from the same. It has 9 corners that in Hindi speaks like Nau kone from that it became Naukuchiyataal. It offers a variety of adventure sports near by and people can also enjoy horse riding, boating, can go for a walk in the near by forest area. Lots of things to do here. It is some 6 kms from Bhimtal and it is very calm and quiet hill spot amidst lush green surroundings. Best season to visit here is from March to July, Sept to Nov.
