Flavorings for your e juice Flavor Review of ODF Watermelon ODF Watermelon Initial Smell: Fresh watermelon I can smell the rind and the green shell. Finger test: Semi-sweet watermelon the rind an green shell is not as prominent as in my initial smell. It also has a perfume chemical aftertaste to it. I can also taste a tiny bit of alcohol in it. 2.5%% Very light but a nice semi-sweet watermelon flavor. The rind taste is extremely weak at this percentage also. This is overall very weak at this percentage. 5 % The watermelon is becoming much more prominent. The rind and green are starting to show up nicely. The sweetness is starting to really show up. 7.5% Nice sweet watermelon all the nice green and rindy background notes are there. Nice sweetness to it. Semi-wet and a fairly thick mouthfeel. 10% Very vibrant realistic watermelon now it is super sweet with all the nice back notes. But it has a perfumy aftertaste. Dropping back down in percentage. 8.75% Super vibrant watermelon very sweet. All the nice characteristics of at 10% but without that perfume aftertaste. Semi-wet and a fairly thick mouthfeel. Conclusion: As a single or main flavor 7-8% would work nicely 8-8.75% if you are looking for a very sweet vibrant watermelon. As a background note, This is a fairly gentle flavor and can be hidden behind flavors easily so as a back note I would go close to the lower end of the single flavor percentage. I would go 5.75% to 6.75% This is a pretty realistic watermelon definitely not candyish. I think this is going to be one of my go to's for a fresh watermelon flavor. Very tasty as a single flavor at 8.75% If you like straight watermelon this would work great add a little marshmallow or sweetener for a more candyish vape. I can see this working very well with creams, candies, red berries, and menthols. Mixed with Ws-23 this can be a cool refreshing vape. As an additive to ice cream to this would make a fantastic sherbert.
