For this flower box planter I have used pallet wood boards for a rustic style. I cut wooden letters and I glued them onto the front of the planter box. The first coat of varnish was dark oak stain and the second coat was weatherproof clear wood varnish. The cyclamen flowers found a new home in this wooden rectangle flower pot and they look lovely! A nice garden wood decoration idea with limitless customisable options for your own wooden DIY planters. You can alter the size, shape ( square or rectangular ) and colour of your planter boxes or even use them for vegetables to upgrade your garden! The rope handles make it easy to carry and are a nice finishing touch. All you need is some pallet boards, nails, glue and a few tools.
