This was recorded around 10 years ago, one of only 7 early songs that appeared on a demo CD from the "Kids Who Care" Musical Troupe out of southern Florida, a children's singing & performance group started up by Ariana and her parents in 2003. The CD has various covers of Broadway/musical tunes, but "Every Creature Great And Small" is the only original song: unreleased, and songwriters/publishing is unknown (and this is only a shortened edit for YouTube).
