Then also think the positive of not smoking: all the money you will save, you will smell better, you will taste better, food will be better, you will live longer, how your genital region will have better circulation, you will move better, you will sleep better, your hair will stay longer, you will keep your mate, you will meet a new mate, you will control your life not a cigarette, you will live longer, your overall heath will improve. you have to choose if you want to live or just exist. To live: to be free, to be alive, to not be held down, to function right To exist: to be a slave, to have to rely on medications, to need something constantly, to be hooked up to a machine. Use at your own risk - this worked for me and might not work for you, there is a chance of spiraling into a total negative, but remember balance - for every bad you say counter it with a good, and this will only work if you want to quit; I can not stress this enough - you have... to want... to quit. you can not say, I will try to quit - you have to say I will quit - you have to say I am quit.
