Oh boy, we’ve all seen this a time or two, haven’t we? NASA Northeast racer Taylor Johnson is hard on the gas, zipping up the heel of “The Boot” at Watkins Glen, coming into Turn 9, a blind rise walled in by that infamous blue Armco, when an spun Spec E46 appears, right on the racing line of course. Johnson had to go from maintenance throttle to hard braking then let up so he could dial in more steering just in time to get by on the inside. Definitely a code brown moment handled well by Mr. Johnson.
