This is a recording of the new song "My Heart is Split" from a work in progress entitled "The Freshman Experiment" by Brian Lowdermilk and Kait Kerrigan. I believe the song is actually intended for a girl, but it is a pretty universal feeling: that of being lost in a new world trying to make your way. I think we can all relate.
