I truly believe that “consistency” actually trumps all when it comes to achieving your goals. Nobody is 100% all the time.. I certainly do not go at full speed all the time. The difference between those that make it and those that don’t, I’ve found often boils down to committing to the process through all of the ups and downs that life hands you. If you are consistent.. you will execute regardless of your life situation. Tired from a long, stressful day at work? Consistency means hitting the gym, regardless. Consistency means still putting in 2-3 hours after work backtesting on the charts, developing your trading plan, regardless. Understand that developing anything worthwhile.. whether it’s your dream physique.. being a profitable trader.. being a successful entrepreneur.. becoming a digital nomad.. all of it takes time and patience. If you are able to execute consistently, while applying patience, weathering the storms and continuing to move towards your goal step by step.. you will achieve more than majority of people.. because most people stop when the going gets tough. But that’s when the tough get going.
