I love Danny/Valerie too, but Valerie seems so much more mature than Danny, whereas Paulina... right at his intelligence level! Okay, okay, I don't mean to be a b*tch about it, but Danny is kind of a douche, to Sam more than anyone, which is why Danny/Sam is SO not okay with me. And Paulina is a fangirl! She's the stalkerishness of Tootie and the b*tchiness of Trixie all rolled into one. I wouldn't go so far as to call her an idealised, popular version of Helga, but she's definitely in that same character group... C'monnn, it's cute!
