Land of ice is a project that develops throughout the year. In special machines we freeze crystal clear ice blocks. Two 130 kilograms of heavy ice block are processed after a special procedure for three days. These ice blocks in the size of 100 cm x 50 cm x 25 cm on the spot are assembled together according to the plans of the sculptors for each sculpture separately. Each of sculptors within three weeks with motorized saw blades, milling cutters, angular grinders, chisels and other tools, including iron and hair dryer, create their own sculptures, which are then on display for a further few months. The Land of ice is set in a 200 m2 tent that is cooled to -4 ° C, so we recommend that you dress warmly. Come visit the Land of ice in Ljubljana - Slovenia. Open from 01.12.2017 until 04.03.2018.
