Daniel Baci's Thailand Reservations's video: RIDING 4 THE KING of Thailand In Remembrance of Bhumibol Adulyadej 9 Rama 9

@RIDING 4 THE KING of Thailand | In Remembrance of Bhumibol Adulyadej (รัชกาลที่ 9) Rama 9
Back in October 13th of 2016 Thailand lost one of its greatest Kings in history, Bhumibol Adulyadej (ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช) otherly known as King Rama 9. (รัชกาลที่ 9) or (ร.9) For the Majesty's 1 year anniversary of his passing Oct 13, 2017, I decided to take a motorcycle trip from Bangkok at the Grand Palace to Pai (Mae Hong Son) in honor of King Rama 9 and in every province I stopped the motorbike for a photo and took a picture with the King before making it back to Bangkok for King Bhumibol Adulyadej's cremation & funeral on October 25-27th, 2017 at Sanam Luang, Bangkok. I really just wanted to do something in respect for the King and Thailand as a farang living here in Thailand since 2009 so I decided that immersing myself in the Thai culture and experiencing what the Thai people were going through would be the least I could do. "Riding 4 the KING" was such a powerful, emotional, and inspiring experience that I will never forget, I hold Thailand and King Bhumibol Adulyadej (รัชกาลที่ 9) Rama 9 very close to my heart. I wasn't going to share this as I felt it was my experience that I was going to keep for myself but after all these years the memories start to fade so I create this mini-documentary / vlog to keep the memory fresh. RIP Bhumibol Adulyadej (รัชกาลที่ 9) The Peoples KING. ABOUT KING RAMA 9: Bhumibol Adulyadej Thai: ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช or ร.9 in short born 5 December 1927 – Died 13 October 2016, conferred with the title King Bhumibol the Great in 1987 (officially conferred by King Vajiralongkorn in 2019), was the ninth monarch of Thailand from the Chakri dynasty, titled Rama IX. Reigning since 9 June 1946, he was the world's longest-reigning current head of state from the death of Emperor Hirohito of Japan in 1989 until his own death in 2016,[5] and is the second-longest reigning monarch of all time, reigning for 70 years and 126 days.[6] During his reign, he was served by a total of 30 prime ministers beginning with Pridi Banomyong and ending with Prayut Chan-o-cha. After a period of deteriorating health which left him hospitalized on several occasions, Bhumibol died on 13 October 2016 in Siriraj Hospital. He was highly revered by the people in Thailand[14][15] – some saw him as close to divine.[16][17] Notable political activists and Thai citizens who criticized the king or the institution of the monarchy were often forced into exile or to suffer frequent imprisonments.[18] Yet many cases were dropped before being proceeded or were eventually given a royal pardon. His cremation was held on 26 October 2017 at the royal crematorium at Sanam Luang. His son, Maha Vajiralongkorn, succeeded him as King.
