An off-duty ICE agent physically assaulted a local South Bay father after a road rage incident in a Walmart parking lot. Billy Brickett, who was not in uniform and did not identify himself as an officer, punched the man in the face as his 7-year-old daughter looked on from the car. When the man tried to disarm him, Brickett pulled his gun from the back of his belt, aimed it at the man's face, and declared himself a federal agent. Brickett was arrested for misdemeanor battery.
