@Over 100km of Dead Cow Gully 2023 (PB!)

Dead Cow Gully is a backyard ultra; so basically you’ve got to run a 6.7km loop every hour until there’s just one person left standing. In 2021 I did my first DCG, and achieved 12 laps (and made a video about it). In 2022 I came back and managed 13 laps with minimal training (and made a video about it, sorry grandma). This year, with a few months of training under my belt, I took it on again with friends and family by my side! Note! I shot this video on my iPhone and edited it in Adobe Rush app. It’s no masterpiece, but I really enjoyed the quick, smooth process!
