Danny McCubbin's video: Halloumi and Tabbouleh Salad

Earlier this year a group of Fifteen graduates were invited to give a demonstration on stage at the Aldeburgh Food Festival. One of our wonderful graduates Jai gave a demonstration cooking Grilled Halloumi Salad. This video is of Jai cooking the salad.
