I love this recipe from Jamie. Such a great way to present the salad - on the board that you chop everything up on. It's a great one as well for using any leftovers in the fridge. Here are the suggested ingredients below: spring onions 1 cucumber a few sprigs of fresh basil or any soft herbs 2 small ripe avocados 1 round lettuce 1 punnet of cress 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 lemon 3 raddishes sea salt freshly ground black pepper
