Covering some recent GPU news for this one. A known hardware leaker recently posted that Nvidia has cancelled their plans to release an RTX 4090 Ti. I had actually talked about this possibility in a very recent video and its not surprising to hear. Once you take into consideration the landscape of this market currently and Nvidia’s priority shift towards HPC and AI. Further it was also said that Nvidia’s next gen flagship would have a 512-bit bus which is significant upgrade from this current gen, could this perhaps mean Nvidia has learned their lesson on gimping specs or its just another bait with mid-range offerings further skimmed. AMD also unveiled a new Navi 31 GPU though its another nothing burger and also confirmed AMD lied about RDNA3’s performance advancement.
