Assalamualaikum wrwb 🙏❤️ Dividio kali ini aku lagi biki pastel fersi ekonomis yang.. Bahan kulit - 500 gr tepung terigu pro sedang - 200 ml air hangat - 50 gr margarin - 50 ml minyak sayur - ½ sdt garam, kalau suka lebih asin bisa 1 sdt garam Bahan isian - 200 gr ayam suwir - 150 gr wortel + 100 ml air - 120 gr bihun (2 sachet kemasan 60 gr) Bumbu - 5 siung bawang putih - 6 siung bawang merah - 1 sdt garam - 1 sdt kaldu bubuk - 1 sdt gula - 1 sdt merica bubuk - daun bawang ( ditambah daun seledri lebih mantap) - bawang merah goreng - 4 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis bumbu
