Assalamualaikum wrwb 🙏 Kali ini aku bikin roti tawar yg enak,lembut dan gembul,meskipun tanpa telur.. Ekonomis banget ya untuk resepnya.. Dan ini juga cocok untuk yg alergi sama telur Seperti biasa aku juga nggak nguleni adonan sampai kalis elastis,tapi hasilnya tetep memuaskan Yuk langsung keresep - 250 gr ( 25 sdm cembung) tepung terigu pro sedang / pro tinggi - ± 130 ml air hangat (suam - suam kuku) - 3 sdm susu bubuk - 3 sdm gula halus - 2 sdm margarin - 1 sdt ragi instan - ¼ sdt garam Selamat mencoba..
