Gigadad's video: Gopro Hero 4 Balck 4K VS Hero 3 VS 2 Review Is There A Difference

So on YouTube I could not seem to find a good video on the differences or quality comparison of the new gopro hero 4 vs the go pro hero 3 / 3+ vs the hero 2! So i tried my best to fulfill that lack of information. I hope you guys can see the difference I see despite all the compression its going through. Video Quality: The Gopro 4 has much much better video quality than the hero 2 and effects just seem to really pop and look so beautiful in editing with the new 4k footage. The 4k and 2.7k footage is definitely a noticeable improvement over the standard 1080p or 720p 30fps/60fps. The 4 also has better quality than the hero 3 not only because of the resolution but also the 4 has the sharpest clearest lens of them all. Which drastically increases video quality. The hero 4 also can record in a superview setting which gives you a even wider more immersive viewing angle. The only problem is that with 4k superview the hero 4 only records at 24 frames a second. You must downgrade to 2.7k to record at 30fps in superview. You guys can watch the footage for yourselves and decided which you like best. Audio Quality: The Gopro 4 also has drastically improved its audio quality to make it much more lifelike and less "autotuned" In return though it seems that wind noise is slightly more obvious. Non the less it is a much needed and loved improvement over all the gopro cameras. Physical: The Gopro 4 is the lighter and smaller than the hero 2 but if I'm not mistaken i found it to be slightly larger than the hero 3. This is probably due to its massive power and large battery. The difference is slight and does not make the 4 any less desired. Features: WIFI!!! Wifi using the gopro app has made the film shooting so much easier! This feature is only available on the gopro hero 3 and newer. This feature is a must have if you use the Gopro for all sorts of shots! Also the gopro hero 4 has a improved user interface to make scrolling though the options quick and precise. Models?: There are several models of these go pros including the Black Edition, Silver Edition, White Edition, and more. I advise that you read up on each model and see their specs along with watching comparison videos. Decide what you can afford but let me say that the black is worth every penny especially if its a camera you enjoy to use often. Its true that you get what you pay for yet also a feature to consider is the included lcd screen with the gopro 4 silver edition. This could be a useful feature for many users although the gopro wifi app can serve just as well for other gopro models.
