Fluorescent tube goes dim with the tubes filament glow red, showing the cathode shield inside, then fails and will not restart, possibly due to loss of vacuum. This fluorescent tube was only 3 years old! its twin is still working fine in a double fluorescent light batten in my kitchen, with the tube from the light batten in the video.
