Two resources that I frequented for each anthem were: http://www.nationalanthems.info/ (click on the sheet music hotlink to the right of a country's page), and http://www.colin-kirkpatrick.com/national-anthems/contents.html (the piano score is at the bottom of the page of whichever country you're browsing). These resources gave me a place to start, and I listened to recordings to add complexity and completeness to the music. This Anthem became the official Anthem of Croatia in 1972. Although the original composer is disputed, Josip Runjanin (1821-1878) is believed to have composed the melody.
