David Gray's video: Backpacking Gear - Pack Explosion - January 2017

This video simulates my end-of-day pack 'explosion' with the same gear kit that I used on my recent Rocky Mountain National Park trip. The 'explosion' is the process of pulling everything out of your pack in preparation for setting up camp. At the end of that process it sort of looks like a bomb went off inside your pack, leaving the contents spread across whatever downed tree or rock (or the ground) that you used to spread it out - thus the 'explosion'. My objective in this video is to share both the method I use for organizing the contents of my pack as well as to show you how I actually pack the pack. In addition, I will share some occasional 'gear review' information, though a detailed gear review was not my purpose.
