@Wonderful Day! Not Wonderful that YouTube Has Deprived Me of Mobile Live Streaming!

dm666 is very distressed that YouTube has raised the threshold for live streaming mobile video so that a channel needs 1,000 subscribers to have that capability. His PC broke down in August, 2018, and he has been unable to replace it yet and therefore cannot stream from his desktop. This is a real setback and will cause numerous problems for dm666. Why hammer me YouTube with these absurd new rules?
