The holiday season is my favorite time of the year. Although the hustle and bustle of New York City life can be distracting, nothing beats the energy and excitement. Businesses and homes are decked out with lights, garland, and wreaths, people are singing (some are harmonizing), generosity abounds, and everyone attends an ugly sweater party. The holidays are nostalgic for me in the best way.
