David Russell's video: Mabuta no Hikari Mushishi piano cover

Hi friends! Here's my piano cover of Toshio Masuda's "Mabuta no Hikari" from Mushishi (ep. 2) This is the ending theme from the "The Light of the Eyelid" episode where Sui is infected with a mushi strain that inhabits the eyes, causing light to bring her intense pain. This is probably one of my favorite episodes in the season--something about watching the friendship between Biki and Sui develop made me feel incredibly relaxed. I wanted to share some of that relaxation with you! The original track has a rather piercing bell-sound that doubles the piano in the high register. But after listening to it multiple times, I feel that the sound wasn't necessary.
