David Savery Electrical Services's video: Up for a skive at CEF Live 23

Rather than earning an honest crust by performing actual electrical work for the growing list of clients desperately clamouring for our services, let’s instead have a jolly at the NEC by attending CEF Live! Yeah! Filmed over two days and presented in no particular order, the massive crapping elephant-in-the-room with this video is the awful audio. Yes, background noise was loud which is why I went armed and cocksure with two microphones. Sadly, the mic adaptor on the camera seems to have failed causing all audio to only be picked up on the internal camera mic. Okay, so we are talking about the same mic adaptor which spent an hour unhappily swimming around Karen’s tits on *that* video, so you can perhaps forgive it for giving up the ghost, nonetheless the fact two carefully prepared mic's failed is disappointing, plus the rumpus of my knuckle-shuffling the selfie-stick also happens to rumble into your ears with the same fluidity as a wet fart from Nigel’s underpants. Yeah, sorry. We’re not paid or sponsored by CEF or by any of the featured firms shown herein. Like everyone else in attendance, we were happy to accept free sandwiches, coffee, beer and hand-jobs, although the latter happened to be wholly absent despite our making many enquiries and my CEF account manager being present at the event. This vlogual effort is non-monetised and there are no coffee shouts as it’s just a quick and low-quality thing to fling forth to demonstrate the dreadfulness we got up to on the day. We perhaps spent too much time on some stands (I'm looking at you Armeg) and we didn’t even get around to visiting others, so my apologies to those exhibitors whom we didn’t get to pester; rest assured it was nothing personal. Well, aside for the likes of Checkatrade with whom it was personal - they can suck the noxious farts from out of our arseholes as far as we’re concerned. We also neglected to take selfies on day one, so our apologies if you were there on the Thursday and didn’t get your mug inserted into this here video. We briefly bumped into our own branch manager on Friday who told us he had a tab running at the bar, but then we found Wetherspoons was closed, so either he was lying, they trashed it before we got there, or they all pissed off somewhere else.
