Yes, the future is NOW, so take a small step for mankind into the metaverse folks, and experience a virtual van ride-along with two suspicious chaps who, you fear, may have invited you into their van with the promise of some sweeties… or maybe seeing some puppies. Or something. Don’t worry, you’re perfectly safe. We’re just off down to the Hungry Horse pub for a quick beer in the sunshine! Woohoo! If you have a VR headset, you can all but smell my body odour and Nigel’s desperate overuse of Lynx Africa as you (virtually) get up close and personal to your two favourite electricians... Well, I say favourite as in not including Jordan and Corey of course. Or Nick and Adam. Or those Doctor Electric fellows... ..oh, enough! If viewing on a mobile device with a gyro, move your gizmo around to point your peepers in any direction, otherwise if on a TV or PC monitor, use your mouse or other peripheral of choice to swing your view around the place. That curious pink squiggle above your head? It’s the Rode microphone cable atop the camera, but you can pretend it’s a hat. Or a UFO. This was just a daft proof-of-concept with our new camera, and my apologies for the ISO(?) being set incorrectly so that not much was visible out of the windscreen. Maybe we’ll do another one in the future. Or maybe this gimmick has already massively outstayed it’s welcome? This was filmed in 5.7K although I'm not sure YT supports that as it shows as 4K? Anyway, in resolution terms, this is as good as it gets for now.
