A very brief introductory video to: Saving a .PDB file from the Protein Databank ( i.e. Coronavirus Spike Protein docking region). Importing the file into Scigress molecular modeling platform. Begin to render the protein portion in advance of advanced modeling studies ) future videos). In a future video, I will demonstrate the micro-region of the docking protein which docks to the ACE-2 host (i.e.) protein . It is known that human cell capture takes place once docking of the Spike protein occurs.
