David Woodall's video: What do Athletes actually eat

@What do Athletes actually eat?
What do athletes really eat? We've invited loads of professionals down to the kitchen, and a recurring dish is a stir-fry. We teamed up with professional performance chefs, Discreet & Delicious, to create new dishes based around the ingredients each athlete has used (so that nothing goes to waste)! Broccoli & Pak Choi Stir Fry Ingredients Broccoli / 250g Salt /pinch Onion / 1 Sesame oil / 3 tablespoons Pak Choi / 250g Low salt Soya Sauce / 3 tablespoons Oyster sauce / 3 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Optional) Chicken/Prawns/Beef Recipe 1. Boil the kettle. 2. Cut the broccoli into florets. Cook for 4 mins in boiling salted water. 3. Strain the broccoli and cool in fresh cold water. 4. Wash the Pak Choi to remove any grit. Cut the heads of Pak Choi into 1.5 cm slices. 5. Drain the broccoli and cut each floret in half. 6. Peel and slice the onion. On a medium high heat fry the onion in a large frying pan (or a wok) in two tablespoons sesame oil. Fry for two mins. 7. Add the white, stork parts, of the Pak Choi to the onion and stir. 8. Add the broccoli and remaining tablespoon of sesame oil. 9. Continue to stir for two mins. 10. Add the green leaf parts of the Pak Choi. 11. Add the soy sauce and the oyster sauce and stir for a further minute.
