DeNederlandseOpera's video: Making of Guillaume Tell

Onder regie van Pierre Audi presenteert De Nederlandse Opera in coproductie met de Metropolitan Opera New York vanaf 28 januari 2013 een nieuwe productie van Guillaume Tell. Deze Franse grand opéra van Gioacchino Rossini is grotendeels gebaseerd op het toneelstuk van Friedrich Schiller over de Zwitserse nationale held Wilhelm Tell. Voor zijn laatste opera schreef Rossini misschien wel zijn meest veeleisende zangpartijen waarbij de appelschietscène uiteraard een hoogtepunt is.
