Generals command max 2 units per command star. Units and military buildings can only be trained and constructed when in active war. Taxes can only be raised when in active war. Building orders or tax level changes can only be given when a governor is present in a settlement. No Wardecs from our part, we only fight when attacked. No adoptions, not even Man of the Hour. Always ally the good factions. Never betray allies or attack good factions. Fight all battles except single generals that will certainly lose the engagement.
