@#30 Some things I know that help a damaged brain post Traumatic Brain Injury #DeadManTalking
I'm going to have to try and put all the links to supplements etc in the comments after upload. But please keep an eye out for a comment from me below with all of the links connected with all supplements and approaches than help after traumatic, acquired brain injury and throughout post concussion syndrome. Much love. Also! I'm not a doctor! Please consult a Doctor or medical professional before trying any of these. Lions Mane mushroom supplements for those in North America and Canada, and South America: https://hostdefense.com/ For those in Europe: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07QGF5S5Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I've mainly used this one for well over a year each day: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B086T3CGP2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I didn't mention this in the video, but I've been drinking these often for a few months after research showed me that Tumeric is a great natural noninflammatory for the brain: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0798LB99N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I've used this A-Z vitamin supplement almost everyday for well over a year. Has additional ingredients to help aid normal brain function: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005818W4C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I've take this high Omega 3/DHA for over a year too. I'm a vegetarian though, so I've been getting these, as the source is Algae, not fish: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B015QB57FU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 These are the silicon ear plugs I often use (for my chronic Hyperacusis /hypersensitivity to sound) Don't wear them too much though. Again consult an audiologist if possible. You need to expose your ears to normal sound as much as you can still. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07T2FGMMY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Here's an introduction to the Wim Hoff cold water therapy method via cold showers (something I've done for nearly 2 years, each and every shower without fail) I found it's been a lot more beneficial post brain injury though. Makes me far more relaxed and makes my thoughts a bit more clear. https://www.wimhofmethod.com/benefits-of-cold-showers This type of yoga is essentially half yoga and half meditation, switching between the two often. I love it, have found it amazingly helpful (when I'm able to do it) but as a try out class this 30 minute class is perfect. Just copy the practitioners as well as you cam. With Kundalini doing your best is a big part of it. But there's no rush, just start gently, even pause occasionally if you need to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4Et5iQFoPI
