Josh's a/k/a Tommy Chong film came out in 2006 and ever since its release Tommy was trying to gain ownership of the film. That's why I was completely shocked that 1. Tommy asked Josh to host this event and 2. That Josh said yes. Tommy and Shelby Chong caused Josh to be in litigation since it's release. He spent a fortune on lawyers and it caused him so much stress.
