And after my father's disappearance, strange things started to happen. My mom turned me into a spy and I discovered that my life was one mystery after another. I won’t lie. My family was never perfect. My life was never perfect. I swear to god, I still have some vague memories of when I was a baby, awake, hearing my parents shouting at each other, plates flying back and forth. And then, when I was about 6 or 7, I heard my father saying to my mom, "I told you to get rid of her." And I was their only child. I was the one he wanted to get rid of. But the biggest twist was my 13th birthday. I woke up that day, walked to my parents’ room, and found my mom crying.
