Def Leppard Donington Park Leicestershire, England, UK 11th June 2011 This is a TV broadcast of a portion of Def Leppard's show headlining the Download Festival in 2011. It would normally not be of much interest to me, due to its short length and the fact that it is a relatively recent show (well past the band's prime.) But the guys end up putting on a phenomenal performance of Wasted, primarily made notable by Vivian's epic solo. All I could think when watching that was, "Wow, so that's why Dio hired him." I must say, I'm surprised that Wasted was one of the few songs included in this broadcast. The first album doesn't usually turn heads.
