This is an intersting one, its only a simple punch sequence with a basic drag step and a 180 turn, but with a street fight twist on it. As we know looking after our knock out points in the middle of a chaotic attack is verging on impossible; and in truth when we are getting punched in the head its pure instinct for us to protect it, so all we have done here is cultivate that basic instinct and build a simple street drag step and 180 turn development drill.
