In the body of the email, please provide the following information to help us process your request efficiently:
- Your Full Name
- Viral Pitch Username
- Reason for Account Deletion (Optional but appreciated for our improvement)
- Confirmation Email:
Once we receive your email, our team will review your request. You will receive a confirmation email within [Specify a time frame, e.g., 3 business days], acknowledging that your account deletion process has been initiated.
- Final Confirmation:
After confirming your request, your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion. You will receive a final confirmation email when this process is complete.
