Delhi Food Walks's video: Massive Ladakhi Homecooked Breakfast Spread I Organic Farmers Market in Leh I Kholak Paba Khambir

Before heading to Nubra Valley from Leh, we indulged in a hearty Ladakhi breakfast at the tranquil and serene setting of Rabsal House. The spread included khambir, apricots, butter tea, aalu phing etc. As we enjoyed this homestyle breakfast we got to know more about the food traditions. After that we headed to an annual organic fair. It had farmers and entrepreneurs from different parts of the state. This visit gave us an opportunity to learn more about the unique food system of the region and explore how various factors, such as climate change, globalization, and socioeconomic disparities, influence the food system.
