Delightful Travellers's video: We tried Cooking Greek Food at Christmas Holiday Feast Gemista Tiropita Tzatziki

In our 4th and final Cooking at Christmas video we’re trying to take food from a country we absolutely love and have visited twice, Greece! Both of us absolutely love Greek food and it’s definitely a highlight of visiting Greece.  In the past we’ve tried different dishes in various parts of Greece, from Athens to Thessaloniki to Paros and Crete!  We decided to make one main dish, one smaller “appetizer” and two different types of dips.  For our main dish, we tried making Gemista (or Yemista), which is Greek stuffed vegetables, we’ve eaten them so many times in Greece but never attempted them on our own.  The recipe we followed can be found here: https://30daysofgreekfood.com/stuffed-vegetables-with-rice-greek-gemista/ We also made traditional greek cheese pies or Tyropita or Tiropita (pita means pie in Greek).
