I started writing a piece on my trip to Pakistan for the first PSL to be fully played in the Land of the Pure. But it was impossible to correctly portray the emotions and feelings of those 17 days of pure bliss. So to Pakistan, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Every single one of you made me feel like family. I'm most proud that we raised over 1 million rupees for school aged girls cricket. The PSL gave me the chance to impact some lives. That's very humbling. Also kinda chuffed that my rant on protocols was watched by Imran Khan and that action is being taken to change that 🙂 You can find that video in my feed. We trended with . Kala Jora is a few days away from being released. We gate crashed Ali Zafar's music video. We put up a billboard welcoming the Sultans to the city. We sang and ate in Burns Rd. We played dhols in Liberty chowk causing the road to be shut while we danced. We hit a tape ball over the border at Wagah into India. We took moustache groming tips from Fawad Alam. Lost a game of pool to Zeeshan and a match of FIFI 2020 to Liam Livingstone. Met Sir Viv, got asked by Boom Boom to support his foundation to assist poor kids and took selfies with legends including Kammi. Got sledged by Danny Morrison and spent time in the enclosures with many of you. We also enjoyed the . Funny story on that one. I pitched it to a leading tea brand in Pakistan. They agreed a fee. Then 10 minutes before going live, tried to halve it. So I went solo, and it went global. Trending number 1 in Pakistan, UAE, KSA and the UK. It also made the Global top 20 trends. Over 10 million people reached with the hashtag. So to that tea company, best of luck beating that : ) I heard the unmatchable roar at Multan Stadium, saw the opening ceremony dramas and watched Rilee hit a 100 for the ages. We also proved for the world that Pakistan is safe and ready for us all to come back and visit. I walked the streets in all cities without any security and soaked up every minute.
