@400mm f/2.8 portrait with High Speed Sync...SHEESH!!!

Ok so in this video I'm using the 400mm f/2.8 L Version 1 lens with the AD200 and Neewer NW600 Strobes. Since I like to keep my shutter above my focal length (400mm) I had to use High Speed Sync. This lens is HEAVY. Sheesh. The Auto focus on this particular lens wasn't working so I had to manual focus which was a biatch. Subject was kinda far, so it was hard to communicate with him.
