Desree Jordan's video: Log cabin problems

We bought this log cabin on the 22nd of August 22 and even though we repeatedly phoned them to explain the situation that the part is missing, In all of this we couldn’t get any further than the receptionist, I even said to them what is the point in you picking up the phone if you can’t help with anything. They Dunster House, practically accused us of receiving the goods. When we asked to speak to someone who can help with the problem they refuse to put us through to anybody. They explain that all correspondence must be done via email. So we complied with the rules and emailed them the problem Along with photograph that we talk of the log cabin and the missing part and gave them the component number. They also said they did not recognise the details that we sent them. They then showed us a picture of what supposed to be a log cabin with all of the parts collected on a bench. In the end they said they will be sending the parts out by courier but it has to be made first. When asked when will it be made, gave no answer, when asked when will it be sent, again no answer and just said head office has got it in hand. To this day we still don’t know anything whether this will take weeks or months before we can complete out log cabin which we paid over £6000 for.
