Super Soft White Toast Bread (tangzhong method) Makes a loaf of bread using a 10cm x 20cm x 11cm bread loaf pan. And, with a stand mixer, it helps with my filming cause I always drop my camera before I had my stand mixer. Also, my camera won't get so oily and dirty from my hands. ha ha... I really like bread, it is like a dessert to me!! So I will be sharing quite a few bread recipes from now on.
