Resep Sambal Terong (untuk 2-3 porsi) Bahan: 2 buah terong ungu kecil atau 1 buah terong ungu besar 3 siung bawang putih 20 buah cabai rawit merah 4 sdm minyak goreng ½ sdt garam 1 sdt gula pasir ½ sdt penyedap Pelengkap: Nasi putih Kecap manis Telur Langkah: 1. Potong-potong terong kemudian kukus selama 7 menit 2. Haluskan bawang putih, garam, gula pasir, dan penyedap dengan ulekan 3. Masukkan cabai rawit merah, ulek kasar 4. Panaskan minyak lalu tuang ke dalam sambal, aduk rata 5. Suwir-suwir terong kemudian masukkan ke dalam sambal, aduk rata 6. Goreng telur hingga setengah matang atau sesuai selera, sisihkan 7. Sambal terong siap disajikan dengan nasi, telur mata sapi, dan kecap sebagai pelengkap
