Devon Ash's video: recovery isn t always linear opening up

At the time of filming this, I had been going through a relapse but kept in mind that doesn't mean I'm not getting better and can't/won't achieve what I want to, full recovery. I decided to talk about my eating issues and share with whoever will listen because I do believe by beginning to talk about these things and acknowledging the issue, we can better help some people who may be really struggling. I was very hesitant about actually posting this and being this vulnerable and risk being misinterpreted as I feel like I may have come off as less caring than I am. I feel like on camera I lacked a lot of emotion that I actually have about all this but this could just be me over analyzing.
